  Eric was very kind and made us laugh and knew all the answers to all our questions. My sisters and I lost our father and he made a sad situation a comfortable one and easy decision. The promotion was decent also for the size unit we got.

  Great customer service

  Great customer service, Erick the site manager at the lisle Il location was excellent. This is my second year using this location, I store a car for the winter months was able to secure the unit I needed and the whole process went smoothly.
