The website is very easy to use
The website is very easy to use (and loads quickly from page to page.) You put in your zip code and it immediately pops up a list of facilities that are within a few miles. From there you can shop sizes of units available & their cost, including administrative fees. I would definitely use this site again.

Excellent phone customer service
The person I spoke with on the phone researched different storage options for me and found a very reasonably priced option that wasn’t too far away from where I live.
