This is our second use of this Public Storage facility and have been happy both times. We made the reservation online but had to go to the facility to sign paperwork. Lisa greeted me at the door and walked me through all the paperwork and made sure I understood everything that was being put in front of me. She then personally took me to the storage locker to verify that it was the size ordered, that it would fit our storage needs, and that it was clean. I had a few questions that she ably answered. We then tested my lock and the entrance code and were all done. For price and cleanliness you can't beat this location. Thanks Lisa for a great visit!

Clean unit - Ready to move in
Sometimes its hard to reach a person at a storage location. They seem to be spread thin across multiple properties, but everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and ready to move in. Public Storage has a mandatory insurance you must sign up for to rent but then can cancel after you finish getting the unit. It is an inconvenient hassle for people who already have insurance or simply don't want this coverage. Other than that, most of the process is pretty straight forward.

Good unit good price, slightly confusing maps.
We had a good experience reserving online. Good units, and pricing. Our only issue was the maps were slightly confusing for such a large indoor area. We struggled to find our unit. We loved that we can unlock the gate in our app though. Very convenient. There seemed to be a slippery leak on inside of the facility, but that was not that big of a deal. Overall good experience.

It's raining today, and I saw a little moisture inside our unit along the edges where we had not been. So far, it's been an awesome experience.
