The staff I met with war courteous polite and professional. I had all my questions answered and even had my reservation for a unit smaller than what I needed and they were able to assist me and get me a larger unit on the day of my check in!

I love renting from Public storage! Would have gotten a 5 star but the price is a bit much, when not booking online.
