Rates increase after 6 month
This storage raise their rates after 6 month.

All tenants at move in with special pricing from SpareFoot are told verbally and in writing that the pricing is good for 6 months. This is not a rate increase but the rate returning to the standard rate at the end of the 6 months period.

Very bad, I reserved a bay a month in advance....showed up with my confirmation paperwork on move in day, only to find out my bay was unavailable
