  I've rented at several other storage locations on the mainland and this Public Storage location is by far the best I've used. The place is very attention to detail on security. I feel very confident and safe storing my belongings here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Hoku assisted me and I'm definitely recommending her as a person to contact for more assistance! Awesome place

  Great facility and excellent customer service! Mahalo especially to Hoku for being so awesome! We had a great first time experience with renting out a storage unit. Hoku was very helpful with showing us our options and setting us up with a unit in a great location within their facility. There was no pressure and she patiently answered all of our questions. If you're looking to rent a storage unit I highly recommend this place.

  Great experience with this facility so far. It is very clean and well ran. Alex was extremely helpful when I came in to get price quotes for a unit and let me know about the reservation system in case I wanted to hold a specific size. Hoku was efficient and friendly getting me setup once I was ready to move my things in. She helped me get the right size to accommodate my needs so I didn't end up paying for a bigger unit than was necessary. Thanks for the awesome service ladies! Keep up the great work. :)

  Alex is amazing and was an intricate part of helping me get setup and going with my unit. She was extremely nice and demonstrated a very high degree of knowledge and customer service. I'm grateful for her warm and kind attitude.
