  Not Bad but could be better

  1)Staff is relatively friendly and they do their jobs for the most part 2) I switched units, from a smaller unit to a larger unit. I wasn't offered a promotion because I was a current customer (I thought you should try to retain customer relationships, instead I felt like I was being penalized for being an existing loyal customer) 3) The unit i switched to is isolated in a wing of the building that has one elevator. The elevator was taken out of service while I am currently moving things. It took my son and I nearly three hours to move six 9ft storage posts up the staircase on Monday 3/8. 3hrs! I have 48 pallets coming from California this week and I am praying the elevator will be fixed by then. The manager, Felicia did offer to accommodate my freight in another unit until the elevator is fixed (Which is greatly appreciated) However, I was NOT OFFERED A DISCOUNT ON THE RENT FOR THE INCONVENIENCE!!! 4) Extremely COLD up on the 6th floor, especially on cold weather days. NO HEAT AT ALL... Freezing! 5) Lastly, not happy with the fact that this storage facility is only open until 7pm weekdays and 5/6pm Weekends. This is why I wouldn't recommend anyone to this facility. It's in a very convenient location for me, but the hours are horrible, especially for a working person. I have to rush there after work, to try and get things done. Terrible inconvenience

  Does Not Honor Advertized Policies

  This company is not responsive, and does not honor the terms on its website. I need a place to temporarily park my car. Despite it meeting the posted requirements on their website, they refused to let me park it, and no one answers their customer service number despite multiple calls. Take your money somewhere else where they wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t change the rules on you. [As an update, I did manage eventually to speak with customer service. It seems the issue is being referred to a regional manager, and there will be an update within two business days. Weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll see.]
