Moving from old storage unit.
Like the location and cleanliness of Spare foot.

Great service, just no backup power systems
Fantastic customer service. The lady in the front was really great finding everything and getting all lined up ready for me to move in. Only bad remark would be that they do not have a fail system/backup battery. I had a flight on the day of the storm and all my equipment was stuck inside and no one to help or assist me. Phone was down, no employee, no emails to give customers update. Because of that, I had to take my flight and move on to option #2 and spend more money renting camera equipment. So all in all, thats the only reason I wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t give this establishment a full 5 stars.

Would recommend
The woman at the front desk was new and not ready to be on her own yet so I spent about an hour registering my space, a process that should've easily been done in under 5 mins. But,she was VERY apologetic and what she lacked in competency she made up for in friendliness. The facility itself is brand new and very nice.

Did not tell me my car got hit while parked here
My car was hit while parked here and I was not informed. I found it when I checked on the car and the manager said they could not help me
