needed cleaning
When we arrived, we found cob webs on the actual door handle and dead bugs in the unit. There was cob webs through out the unit. I would of expected it to be swept out and cleaned prior to us getting there as this is to be the condition that is expected when we move our items out.

Poor customer service
We bought a $20 lock for the unit we rented and the key broke off in it the first time we used it. We had to buy bolt cutters to get Into the unit and then a new lock. We asked to be reimbursed for the lock we purchased from them but they would not accommodate us. They offered us a new lock but obviously we have no need for that considering we had to buy a new one at the time. Very poor customer service.

Nightmare, and I lost time and had to reschedule my flights because the staff never turned up on time and next day left early.. Run away from this place.

Terrible experience
Run away from this place. I turned up twice at the place, and there was no one. Finally, they told me they don't have the space I booked. Nightmare. Never touch this place.
