Avoid at all costs
They significantly overcharged me and failed to provide a unit at the location I made my reservation at.

No matter what I say to you, you just want to be outraged for some reason and I can’t change that. Our St Paul location has two lots. There’s nothing different about the two facilities aside from one being on Rice and one on Sylvan. They’re both fenced/gated/with cams. You moved in and then several days later accused me of “bait and switching you” to a different location, yet prior to that, you never said you had an issue with the location or showed me any indication that you weren’t happy with the storage. I gave you a full refund despite that, even though you had occupied the unit for several days. I don’t know what I can do to make you happy, and also don’t know what you’re referring to with being overcharged. If you have a problem with a business, generally you bring it up and give them an opportunity to fix it. You just want to be angry, well my friend, I wish you all the best but I won’t rent to you again. Take care.
