Reliable and clean
We have been using the storage here for several years, and it is absolutely superior in terms of pricing, cleanliness, and ease of use. We do run into scenarios where it is difficult to speak to a person, but it has never been enough of a problem to truly be inconvenient.

Overall, fine
The only annoyance was an essentially no notice 50 percent increase when you took over, which has climbed to where my bill, with recent add on, is about a 100 dollars more per month
