  Overall great storage unit that is convenient, well maintained and clean.

  Staff was friendly and helpful. I had an issue in which our security code was not set up properly and we are locked into the storage grounds. Luckily someone was there tending to their items after hours and let us out. Didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t receive much of an apology, and it was just shrugged off as a snafu that someone else messed up on. That was a little frustrating. All else was great though.

  Great new storage units.

  I only had a couple of negatives about the whole experience. Having to purchase the $9 a month insurance to guarantee my storage unit kind of pissed me off. You trust a company enough to use it, they should automatically guarantee protection. Kind of like H&R Block making you pay $50 to guarantee their work. Weird. Anyway, that was the only thing negative. One thing I think is more inconvenient than anything is having to put in your code to leave the area. If you are by yourself, you have to get out of your car, put in your code, then hurry back around so you can drive out before the gate closes. Gate should open automatically when you are leaving. And the door that goes into my unit does not stay open. Kind of difficult again if you're alone to put in your code and open the door each time you bring something in.

You always have the option to provide the declaration page of your own homeowners or renters policy, if you don't want our protection plan.
