Locker to store suitcases for a move
They were very helpful over the phone, although my access code did not work but resolved the issue again over the phone.

a small space that's hard to get to for a monthly price that seems to go up every few months.

Not recommended for office storage
FYI The 800 # desk people databases are not in sync with what the inventory is for available spaces onsite. I was assigned space 1)overhead and out of reach and 2)much smaller than requested. Once assigned new spaces, I found one was not sufficient and I had to take on a 2nd space. I moved everything over to a larger unit 10x23 from 10x15 expecting additional room so I could drop the 5x8 space. Not. The 10x23 must have been 23ft ceiling because the space was identical and the second unit could not be dropped. Everyone is very nice onsite but the headache is nt worth it.
