  Snow was piled in front of the unit as well as the lock didn't work. However, the employees were quick and responsive.

  Mice infestation

  This place wouldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been decent but my unit got infested with mice and I lost most the big furniture items along with a lot more Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d been storing due to rodent damage. I did have insurance but it only covered a small amount compared to what I lost. Also, it was very dusty and just dirt everywhere when I opened my unit to move out. The unit is in a decent location and the people who work there weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re great to work with, but they really need to have rodent traps or something. Good thing to check with any storage place youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re considering and always get insurance!

  Bethany, We are grateful for your business and your honest review. We strive to keep our facility clean and rodent free. We pay a very reputable pest control company to treat our facility frequently for insect and rodents. We are also vigilant in expressing to our customers the importance of not storing food, water or anything that would attract rodents or insects. Even so - we cannot control everything everyone stores. That being said we are very sad that your belongings were damaged while storing at our facility and that your insurance did not cover everything!

  They are still charging my credit card 5 months after we moved out!

  The storage facility is fine, but good luck getting them to stop charging your credit card after you move out. My daughter (a recent college student) told them she was moving her stuff out in early August. Since then we have called, emailed, and left messages numerous times, but itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s nearly impossible to get a response, and they are still charging our card. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve submitted disputes to the charges through the credit card company, but it shouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be this complicated! We live in Texas, so we canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t just go up there and talk to someone. Pitiful customer service.

  Andrew - We are so sorry and apologize this happened at our facility! We want our customers to be 100% happy with our customer service! Unfortunately we had multiple employees out with Covid during that time and some of the communication in the office did not happen effectively. We did refund your credit card the months that were due back to you. The credit card company also placed a credit back on your card because of your dispute. You should have received double the credits back on your card. We hope this was enough to make up for the poor service during that time. If you are ever needing storage again we hope that you will give us another chance. We are sending you a 2 month free voucher in case you need a storage unit in the future. Again our sincerest apologies!
