  Property is clean and appears well kept. So far all is going well. Got a great price on a unit one size larger than I was looking for. The only down side is the location. It is on a very busy frontage road of the Interstate and the gate is very close to the street. You have to be very careful and patient with the traffic. 01/27/17 Just moved all the remaining items from my unit and checked out. This is a clean, well managed facility with friendly and helpful employees. Give it a shot if it is in your required area!

  Skeptical but Satisfied

  The folks there made the rental process very easy. They were great! The District Manager even made time to clear up a discrepancy. The promotional move in rate in uncomoarable and the major selling point, to include the monthly rental rate. I have read reviews about Public Storage jacking up rates after you move in thoush, which leaves me a bit skeptical about the overall satisfa tion, at this time. I would have rated them five stars if they could gurantee the monthly rate for an extended period of time, which they don't. All-in-all...not so bad, thus far.

  It was ok, no military discounts for deployed soldiers?

  I had no issues with the service , I wish it would have been a climate controlled enviorment. It was easy to get on line and pay the bill , very user friendly. The service did not provise a military discount. lastly one I moved out of the storage I received a final bill for 21.00 $. There was no explanation as to why I received those charges and that was not what was explained when I initially got the storage unit. I paid in full every month so Im not sure why I got this charge that cant be explained to me.

  Not 24 hours

  I was needing something 24 hours and thus claimed to have 24 hr access. It isn't.

  Unacceptable is all I can say!!!

  The lady was extremely pushy, told me to write a review while she was filling out my gate code cards with a five star, and make sure to include her name. Didn't bother to show me my unit, assumed I knew how to operate the lock. No signage for a mask, and forced me to wear one. The next day the elevator was broke, and climbing 3 flights of stairs is unacceptable! The whole experience was super uncomfortable.
