Run down
I moved my stuff in on Saturday. Theres no code to get in. You have to go to the owner's house to get the key for the main gate and hope that they are home. When putting my stuff in the unit, I noticed the roof was sagging down really bad by the roll up door, which was also broke. So now im gonna have to contact them and tell them I want a different unit, one that the door works and the roof isn't sagging down.

EB-When you rented the storage unit on 10-25-25, you were only charged rent from 11-1-25. you were given six free days of rent, and you did not bother to even look at the unit. You could have asked for a different one right then and there ! Instead of doing that you chose to give our facility a very negative, public review. I will gladly give you your money back if you will come get your STUFF out of my building......TODAY!
