Mostly as expected
Space could have been cleaner and seemed narrower/smaller than expected but mostly as expected.

These folks understand "customer service".
I am basing my review on the move-in process. I needed someplace to store a vehicle while I was out of the country. This was the 3rd storage facility I tried, and I settled on it because of the customer service I received from Mike and Shawn. These folks are tops, and they know the business!

The process of acquiring a storage unit with Mini U Storage was a smooth one. Was able to rent a storage unit within minutes and had a moving truck available for our use - no running around to multiple locations. Well worth it!

Reasonably priced for the DC-metro area.
I reserved the space the day I needed it and received a confirmation call shortly after. I was happy that I didn't need to call and everything went smoothly except for one thing. I didn't know that we would be forced to have insurance in Virginia for our furniture that is worth very little. Which is absolutely ridiculous, but not the fault of the woman who checked us in.
