Good in person, problematic web system
In person, service was friendly and helpful and the inside unit is clean with a communal dolly in easy reach. Website reservation system, though, is trouble -- it apparently allowed multiple people to reserve the last available large climate controlled unit. I arrived on check-in day soon after the facility opened and was not able to rent the unit despite it being available. The site manager was sweating bullets and executed a bunch of gymnastics to make the reservation go through, but only after maybe 45 minutes of wrestling with the out-of-sync web and site systems.

Pricing Model
I found the customer service at the location and on the phone to be fantastic. I was disspointed with the predatory business practices surrounding the costing of your product. The unlisted cost of a lock for $20 and the unlisted requirement for insurance make the end cost opaque. If your pricing model does not become more transparent I will need to take my business elsewhere in the future Larry Leventhal

Pricey but useful
Being a military family we had hoped for something a bit less expensive as we are here for a long time

Decent unit
Had the cheapest option in the area for a 4x10 unit, which is enough space to store a twin size mattress, a boxspring, an Ikea Hemnes daybed, and then some. My unit is on the second floor. There is no elevator, so best bring a friend to help you get heavy stuff up the stairs. It is also not climate controlled and there is a bit of a smell so you'll probably want to bag your stuff up well and/or air out the unit regularly.
