Easy in / out
Easy in / out. Nice friendly staff. Wish I would have known I had a locker space on top. I would had preferred a bottom space due to physical handicap. But I am limited to how much I can exert at a time so we left after unloading the truck. But the staff and facility were very clean, polite and a great value.

Some mouse droppings in my indoor unit. Staff was friendly. Wish they would have mentioned the mandatory insurance required by MN before I arrived.

Great staff, good storage facility, but some suprises with additional fees at sign-up.

Perfect except for one glitch.
Renting the storage spot went smooth. I got home and noticed that the rate was $4 more/month than what I was quoted on my internet reservation.
