Rochelle and Stephen are really good. They rented to me right before closing and made my move in as easy as possible. Rochelle helped make the rental clear and easy. Very friendly and respectful staff. Will recommend to friend and family. Thank you guys so much for all the help.

Very happy!
There are always small things that could be improved - having to work around elevators being called while you're still trying to unload them is frustrating. Not being able to access moving equipment after the office closes is inconvenient. Overall though I'm very pleased with my experience so far. I do wish all policies were explained before payment has been taken. For example I only learned that if I left before the 10th the month would be pro-rated, after paying for the entire month. Not an issue this time since I plan on staying longer.

Come to this storage and they will help you for sure.
It was a joy to be a customer. They had a lot of people coming in and out of the office but they still made me feel like I was important as well as the others who came in. They also have a lot of supplies to help me pack. Most of all, they were all very friendly and pleasing to the customers. Great experience overall.
