The process was okay but I had a really hard time understanding the person on the phone because his accent was so strong. Most entire conversation was having to be repeated and it was confusing. Overall my experience was okay.

Easy to book and unit was ready when I got to the location, however, I had to move snow away from the doors and the driveway was not plowed wide enough. Otherwise very good.
