A bit confusing
When I made the “reservation” I was under the impression it was my actual booking so maybe state that more. Overall wasn’t terrible though! Would recommend again!

So far everything still seems to be going all right. I get into the entrance easily and my storage unit unit is the perfect size for me. Decent price!

Awful experience just to rent a Unit that is not faulty?!
Tried 4 units, before rented one. Lost most of the weekend...all day Saturday and not resolved until after 4pm Sunday! NO facility Gate code ( AS PROMISED )..at the "top" of the emailed storage Lease documents. I DID ALL THE FOLLOW UPS TO CORRECT THE ISSUES!!! Even now...the Unit I did rent...the roller doors are hard work to pull up!!..and push down!!..to secure the Unit! Outdoor facility...NEVER AGAIN!!!! THANK YOU!!!
