Everything I own
The staff members have all been VERY pleasant and helpful. This really Made a traumatic experience less daunting. I have no place to call home but I know all my belongings are safe.

1 small issue - otherwise great
1 small glitch with code not working but Jay fixed it. Would like it if the lights were brighter - or it might be that the lights over my area are lacking.

It was a pleasant experience
There was a minor problem with the system accepting my code, but we figured it out. The lighting above my unit is dim - wish it was brighter. Otherwise I've used this place before and everything was great.

Overall very positive. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. A couple of suggestions for you: 1. Need better communication and coordination between your local facility and corporate office. I had changed my start date with your local office, but continued to get multiple emails from corporate asking me about my move on the original date. This does not send a good message. 2. I was surprised to find out that there is a $3.95 charge to pay my monthly bills on-line. I signed up for auto-pay which is free, and that is a good thing; however, you need to provide a similar option to those who do not want auto-pay but want to pay on-line
