Helpful Office, No-Contact Process
This was my first time ever renting a storage unit, and Public Storage Aloha made it an easy and straightforward process. I was able to sign everything online right away, spoke to a friendly and helpful staff member over the phone to answer questions, and then they had the unit ready and waiting for me with a lock the next day. The app is also extremely handy for gate access without having to get out of the car or memorize combinations! I would highly recommend this location for its friendly staff, low cost storage, and COVID/accessibility-friendly services.

Overall very good option for most people.
Excellent facility! The only thing lacking at this site is tall ceilings. If you need more than about 9 or 10 feet of height make sure to measure the height of your items and then measure the height of the (specific) shed unit you want to rent. All storage sheds vary a tiny bit at any facility. Ask to see all the available units in the size you are looking to rent.
