Very thorough
Very thorough, showed the unit before renting to insure it was in good condition. Excellent customer service. Prices are too high in Oregon overall, and I didn't like that I had to buy yet another lock since they are switching to the in the door locks. Also having to pay rental insurance is mandatory. I think it should be optional but all storage places have it now.

No Itemized Bills on charges.
I booked on 31st of Dec. with the $1 rate for the first month, I opted for $11 insurance, and I ended up paying $65 for the first month, when asked about the details they said the calculation starts from 1st so we need to charge for 1 day.. This seems like cheating when you keep the prices for marketing please mention the pay dates and make things clear. I am still not sure how $65 was calculated as there was no Itemized bills provided to me saying what money is for what. I was in hurry hence I didn't had any other option.
