Outstanding customer service provided by entire staff (I've interacted with each one of them, I think). Friendly, professional and quick to answer all my questions. The Public Storage web site can be a bit difficult when it comes to accepting payments on each of our 2units - staff is always willing to listen to me growl about that even though it's not their fault. They are always most helpful. I'm a loyal Public Storage customer going forward!!
