I just opened a storage here. I wasn't very knowledgeable going in.. but I needed it and came in. I was helped by Radhia. She was phenomenal. She was very informed, kind, and had a contagious good nature about her while assisting me. It was speedy, and painless. I was in and out under 20 minutes, and even when unsure she had no qualms in repeating herself. I even lost the card with my information on it! She didn't look annoyed when I asked for a new one. It was awesome customer service.
