They Manager was very helpful and place seemed very secure and clean.
This the second unit I rented here. I like this place because they don't charge you lots of extra fees. The other place I checked offered the first months rent for free, but they charged all kinds of administrative fees and wanted me to buy their over priced lock and insurance. They sure made up for the giving the first month away for free.The people here are very nice. I liked this place because it was fenced and had a security gate. They also have lots of cameras and the manager said she lived there on site.

When I made the reservation, they immediately called me back and the lady was very friendly. When I got there, I was impressed with the security they had and that the manager lived on site. This is not the cheapest place in Wichita, but it is probably the best value in Wichita. I looked at cheaper ones, but they were not fenced and did not have cameras . I feel that my things will be safe.
