Very pleased with the woman working the desk.
Did an awesome job with customer service and I love that it's open 24 hours. Even being gated for security.

Very nice people and nice place
I moved in here several months ago and have been very impressed with the place. Last week I forgot my passcode and it was after hours but I went ahead and called the office and to my supprise, the manager answered the phone. I told her It was kind of an emergancy that I got in and she said no problem, since she lived there on site she would fire the computer up and let me in. Wow, most places won't even ansewer the phone after hours. This is a good reason to pick a place that has an on site manager. Very nice people and place!!

Best bang for your buck that i found
Checkedsome of the other places out but when i started asking questions about admin fees, insurance and late fees George Washington storage was the best deal by far. Some of those other places advertise move in for $1. YEA RIGHT! What they don't tell you up front is there are a ton of hidden fees you have to pay. I was impressed with this place. I would recomend it to any one.

First class facility! Did not lure me in with some kind of discount then raise may rent.
I have rented from other facilites but this has been the best place. Some of the other ones will quote you a low price but when you get there there are all kinds of additional fees. Had one place raise my rent 3 times in one year. I have been here two years and never had my rent raised. Have not ever heard of any one having any problems with breakins here either. Lots of cameras and manager that lives on site helps!!! Would recomend this to anyone!!
