Customer Service Issue
Got hung up on when asking to speak to supervisor about a lock issue.. There was a green label tag not a blue one as told but as instructed on way to take off.

Great Value
Canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t beat the cost. The storage space was clean. Had trouble locating the place. Getting an email from Sparefoot rather than SpareBox was confusing. There wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t anyone on site. Customer service over the phone was helpful, though.
