Nice business with one big problem that finally was resolved.
I was told that an on site manager would meet me to set up the rental. I made a reservation. I was told that a manager would call me in 20 minutes. No call was ever received.So, I called back. That "fact" was verified in a second call. I was assured someone would be there. The site was actually completely unmanned. There were no instructions, nor even a mention of setting up a rental on the kiosk in instructions even with a reservation number. I had to make another call to the company & they set it up on the phone then. It was very frustrating. Once I got past the initial misinformation, I found the storage site and the unit very nice.

Was very frustrating trying to find my unit as there are 2 locations and no signs.

Simple and efficient
It was simple and easy to book this storage unit. My favorite part was the customer service when I initially called to check out their pricing. The rep was friendly and personable and helped me on deciding what size I'll need and even talked me into getting a unit a bit smaller then what I was wanting and he was right! Everything was done by kiosk after that so just a heads up there but so far so good overall.
